My close neighbour has an ArtGuard system

this mean I cannot have one as we will trigger each other's alarms? |
Each ArtGuard transmitter generates a unique
signal which will only address the siren they are programmed
to by the user. Every house in the street can have a system and
there will be no cross pollination whatsoever. |

Do you guarantee your equipment? |
ArtGuard products are guaranteed for 12
months on a full replacement basis (usually within 24 hours).
Thereafter a complete repair / replace service is available. |

I represent a church PCC. Would we need a
faculty (special permission) to install an ArtGuard System in
our church? |
ArtGuard requires no fixing, drilling or
other interference with the fabric of any building. It does not
need special permission to be used in church property. |

We already have a top range burglar alarm
installed. Why should we want an ArtGuard system as well? |
ArtGuard does not profess to take the place
of a correctly installed alarm system -- whether commercial or
domestic premises are involved. ArtGuard is designed as an instant
response alarm that is fully functioning when members of the
public (or animals) are on site and of course, as normal, your
house alarm is turned off. The ArtGuard System can be left on
continuously if required. |

Can the system also be used outside? |
The transmitters and decoders of the GSA2000
are weather proof and can be used outside to protect gardens
(for correct installation see handbook). The Seraph is designed
for interior use only. |

Do I have to pay for installation and a maintenance
contract? |
ArtGuard is a simple self installation
system. There are no surveyors or fitters visiting your property
(unless specifically requested). Deliveries to you are made by
recorded delivery, fully insured, Royal Mail post. The product
price is only one you pay. |

How many transmitters can I have in operation
at one time? |
The GSA2000 comes with 10 transmitters
and a single decoder can remember up to 40 of the unique code
each individual transmitter generates. For ease of use it is
recommended that zones are created if more than 40 "tags"
are required. The system can be expanded infinitely. |

Can I programme one Control Fob to manage
a number of Decoders? |
Yes. Simply use the "learn process"
to tell each Decoder to respond to the new Control Fob |

Does the system use special batteries? |
Batteries are supplied with each System
sold and replacements are readily available from any electrical
or photographic shop. |
